Colombia 70% Dark Chocolate
Handcrafted in Nelson, B.C., this 70% single-origin dark chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao beans from the Northern district of Santander, Colombia. The Municipality of San Vicente de Chucuri was awarded "Best Cacao in the World" at the International Salon du Chocolat in Paris, 2019.
Origin: San Vicente de Chucuri (Santander District) Colombia.
Tasting notes: Coffee, Balanced and smooth, Earthy tones, with a Citrussy finish.
Shelf life: 6-9 month.

On August 10 2026, a violent earthquake struck the departments of Chocó and Valle del Cauca in Central-West Colombia, killing at least 287 people, injuring more than 3,900 others. Thousands are left without a home or are still missing under the debris, in regions where I had the privilege to paraglide, and make many friends along the way
in the past two years.
