Free Local Delivery:
We offer free local delivery in Squamish for orders over $50 before taxes. Select "Free local delivery in Squamish during checkout.
We will contact you by text or email to confirm the delivery day. (Free local delivery can take up to 7 days.)
When out for delivery, we will knock at your door to see if someone is home. If no one answers, the chocolate will be left at your front door.
Shipping:
We offer the best price available for shipping throughout Canada and we offer free shipping for orders over 75.00 CAD before taxes with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 8 days. Canada Post & UPS delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and subject to change without notice.
We offer shipping throughout the USA via Canada Post and USPS with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. Canada Post and USPS delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and subject to change without notice.
* Shipping chocolate during the summer months is not ideal when temperatures are above 25° Celsius. At Schoki Chocolate we make a huge effort to avoid plastic and minimize waste. For these reasons we do not offer summer delivery with cold packs and shipping availability is on hold during warmer months. We recommend planning ahead and ordering before the hottest time of year, so you can enjoy some Schoki Chocolate during summer.
Online order process:
Orders take 2 to 5 business days to process. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns:
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
How to store your chocolate:
Please keep all chocolate products in a cool dry place between 13 °C and 18 °C. Do not put your chocolate in a refrigerator or a freezer because it will absorb moisture and bloom.
Allergens:
Our chocolate is processed in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts and dairy.
We do our best to avoid direct contact with allergens; however, we cannot exclude traces of those allergens in our products.
